  As each product is custom made to each customer's order we unfortunately cannot offer a refund unless the product is faulty.

If your order is faulty please contact us so that we can arrange for the return of your product(s).

Please remember that whilst we endeavour to make sure your product is as accurate as possible, colours may vary as computers can display colours differently.

Please note that we can not accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to deliver goods, nor can we accept any consequential loss incurred by the customer by any action or inaction on the part of Buchanan Cushions or any agent acting on behalf of us.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
